Version 1.20 available

The 27/12/2011 : New version of Netside Planning - Integration of follow-up graphs in your planning.

The version 1.20 of Netside Planning is from now on available. Below the list of new features and corrections made :

  • Add of event follow-up graphs (charge in days or in hours) at the top of each planning :
    These exportable graphs (Image, PDF or SVG) allow you to view in detail the load of all your resources.
    These graphs take into account all the search filters of the planning.
    Example : Number of sick leaves on a year for the Paris team, Passed hours with the Johns customer between the 1st of September and the 30st of November 2011, Passed hours on the Eizos project, etc.
  • Add of the groups of categories :
    You can now link some categories to a group of category.
    Example : 'Eizos project' group to attach all the specific categories to this project, 'Absences' group to attach all the categories regarding some absences or some holidays...
  • Add of the possibility to filter the display of your plannings, of your follow-up graphs and of your follow-up graphs and of your searches of events by group of categories
  • It is now possible to export the plannings over several days, weeks or months in one click.
  • Add of the COPY and PASTE buttons during the add or the modification of events. These 2 buttons allow to simplify the copy of an event.
  • Add of 4 more fields on the daily, weekly and monthly planning in order to customize the follow-up graphs. New fields : Graph type, Display, Beginning date and Ending date.
  • Increased size for the optional fields. We went to maximum 255 characters instead of 60.
  • Improvement of the auto-complete of the fields Place and Customer on the different plannings and the search of events. From the first click, Netside Planning will propose the full list of your customers or saved places.
  • Improvement of the selection date calendars. Display of the previous and following days of the selected month.
