Version 1.35 available
The 05/05/2012 : New version of Netside Planning - New graphs and integration of a new event validation system by the hierarchy.
The version 1.35 of Netside Planning is now on-line. Below the list of new features and corrections made :
- Add of 4 new follow-up graph of events : Total of the planned events in days and in hours, Activity rate per resource, Activity rate per resource + categories of planned events.
These exportable graphs (Image, PDF or SVG) allow you to view in detail the load of all your resources.
These graphs take into account all the search filters of the planning and are therefore customizable as you wish. - It is now possible to define several mandatory fields for several different event categories during the add or the modification of an event.
- Complete redesign of the event validations. 2 methods are currently proposed :
- The first one allows, like before, to validate or not an event by all the users.
- The second is a double validation system : A user requests a validation by his hierarchy (automatically sends an email to the hierarchy). The hierarchy can then validate or refuse this event (here again, automatically sends an email to the requester during the validation or refusal of the event validation).
- Add of the functionality to bring forward the events per customer rather than per event category.
If this option is active, each customer will be assigned a random color for the current session. The events without customer will be displayed with the default color. The name of the customer will be displayed in the title of each event.
An additional module has also been added in order to customize the colors that you want for each of your customers - Add of the Validation of events page in order to follow the actual pending validation events.
